GDPR Cleanups: The system runs an automated cleanup worker thread that identifies and purges expired, temporary, or unverified registration credentials regularly to prevent administrative data hoarding.
Manual Purging: Administrators can trigger complete workspace cleanups (removing databases, Cloudflare R2 buckets, and local temporary file packages) via specific administrative endpoints.

We implement measures in alignment with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and regional IT security laws. Users retain the right to query, export, or permanently delete their uploaded job items and associated conversion output records from the system at any time.
