Terms of Service

Welcome to X2-DocFlow. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the X2-DocFlow enterprise-grade document extraction, decomposition, and technical publishing suite ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Access and License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service strictly in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the Service solely for technical document conversion, styling, and management purposes.

2. User Content and File Uploads

You retain ownership of any technical files, specifically Adobe InDesign packages (.idml) and related graphic assets, that you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you warrant that you possess all necessary copyrights, intellectual property rights, and licenses for the uploaded materials.

You grant X2-DocFlow a limited, temporary license to store, process, and parse the uploaded files for the sole purpose of executing your document conversion jobs and generating technical manual outputs.

3. Usage Limitations & Fair Use

To ensure system stability and fair access for all users, the Service implements specific system constraints:

• Maximum Upload Size: The maximum file upload size is limited to 500 MB per InDesign/ZIP file.
• Sequential Queue Processing: To optimize resource utilization and prevent memory issues, conversion jobs are processed sequentially. Abuse of the queue is strictly prohibited.

4. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile any portion of the extraction or classification engines.
• Upload materials containing malicious code, viruses, or any components designed to interfere with system stability.
• Attempt to bypass the server's authentication shields or access other user databases.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In no event shall X2-DocFlow or Aspirella be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to data loss or extraction anomalies.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, India.
